Application Process & Fees
All potential tenants above the age of 18 are required to complete an application.
Application Fee: $50 per applicant.
Screening: The application includes a credit check, background report, and income verification.
Security Deposit: Depending on the application results, a security deposit equal to one month’s rent may be required.
Move-In Fee
A non-refundable move-in fee of ½ month’s rent is required at move in.
Insurance Requirement
Liability Insurance: All units require renter’s liability insurance. This is an additional fee of $20 per month. This does not cover your personal belongings.
Utilities & Additional Services
Tenants are responsible for utilities.
Water is supplied by the City of Blanchard.
Electricity is provided by PSO.
Internet Options: For those interested, fiber internet is available through Pioneer.
Pet Policy
We require a non-refundable pet fee of $500. This fee includes 1 or two pets.
Pet rent is $25 per pet per month.
A maximum of two pets per unit is allowed.
